PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of a radial internal gap of a bearing due to thermal contraction. SOLUTION: A resin pulley member 3 is integrated on an outer circumference part of an outer ring 2 of the rolling bearing 1, a recessed part 7 is provided on a whole circumference of a boundary part 6 of the outer ring 2 with the resin pulley member 3, and the recessed part 7 is provided in a position of the boundary part 6 corresponding to a radial outer side of a raceway 8 of the outer ring 2. Due to the recessed part 7, a portion of an outer circumference part of the outer ring 2 corresponding to the radial outer side of the raceway 8 and a boss part 4 of the resin pulley member 3 do not contact. Thereby, when clamping force of the resin pulley member 3 due to thermal contraction of the resin pulley member 3 is applied, the clamping force is not directly applied to a portion of the outer circumference part of the outer ring 2 corresponding to the radial outer side of the raceway 8. As a result, displacement of the raceway 8 of the outer ring 2 in an inner diameter side is suppressed, and influence affected on the radial internal gap of the rolling bearing 1 can be suppressed.
