PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper installed with a mass member to vibrate in the vertical direction via shearing deformation of a rubber elastic body capable of advantageously preventing interference with other members. SOLUTION: This dynamic damper is provided with a mounting member 1 fixed to a vibrator S, the mass member 2 oppositely arranged with a prescribed distance with the mounting member 1 and the rubber elastic body 3 fixed to the mass member 2 and the mounting member 1 to integrally connect both the members 2 and 1 and to elastically support the mass member 2 on the mounting member 1. When inputting vibration, the mass member 2 is installed to vibrate in the vertical direction via the shearing deformation of the rubber elastic body 3. The mounting member 1 is provided with a stopper member 4 abutting on an upper surface of the rubber elastic body 3 to regulate displacement of the rubber elastic body 3 to an upper side.
