PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine capable of reliably improving insulation performance while reducing a size. SOLUTION: The fluid machine (1) is provided with: a motor (14) comprising a rotor (18) fixed at the outer circumference of a rotary shaft (16) and a stator (22) having an energized coil (20) disposed at the outer circumferential side of the rotor and fixed inside a sealed container (2); a scroll unit (44) connected to one end side of the rotary shaft and driven by the motor to execute a series of processes from the suction of a working fluid including lubricating oil to the discharge thereof; a bearing (26) rotatably supporting the other end side of the rotary shaft; and a frame (36) fixed inside the sealed container between the bearing and the motor to which the bearing is fastened with first bolts (72) and first nuts (68).
