PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drunk driving prevention system capable of bearing installation environment of a steering wheel. SOLUTION: The drunk driving prevention system 10 is installed inside the steering wheel 2 formed with an opening part on its surface and comprises a rotating body 3 with its relative position to the opening part displaced by a motor 6, an alcohol detector 4 provided for the rotating body 3 for detecting alcohol concentration in breath of a driver and outputting the detection results, and a control part 11 for controlling a vehicle 1 based on the detection results of the alcohol concentration input from the alcohol detector 4. The control part 11 displaces the rotating body 3 by the motor 6 so as to expose the alcohol detector 4 from the opening part only at the time of detecting the alcohol concentration of the driver.
