A high concentration wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to remove organic compounds and nitrogen effectively from waste water including high concentration organic matters and the nitrogen and to prevent outflow of the compounds and floating matters. An advanced wastewater treatment apparatus includes an anaerobic tank, an aeration tank and a settling tank. The anaerobic tank includes one or more foam bodies. The aeration tank includes one or more bio-filter parts(190) and one or more diffusers. A bio-filter part includes a plate-shaped installation member(193) and a biofilm filter medium(195). One or more penetration holes are installed on a mounting member. The bio filter medium is inserted into the penetration hole. |
