PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth reproduction even if the playback speed is changed by correction of motion blur conforming to the playback speed.

SOLUTION: The image processor 100 comprises: a section 101 for estimating the motion vector of each pixel from an object image to a reference image; a section 102 for calculating the correction amount of motion blur having a value increasing with the playback speed, based on an inputted playback speed; a section 104 performing scale transformation of a motion vector by the correction amount of motion blur and generating an image for correcting motion blur of the object image and the reference image based on the motion vector subjected to scale transformation; and a section 103 for generating an interpolation image by using the object image and the reference image subjected to scale transformation and the reference image.
