<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dried bean curd which is improved in production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing dried bean curd comprises adding, to soymilk, an oil-in-water oil and fat composition containing oil and fat, saccharides and an emulsifier, heating the product, and collecting a film being formed on a liquid surface of the soymilk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
