ELECTRONIC MEDICAL CHART SYSTEM AND RETRIEVAL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart system capable of retrieving medical record data related to medical history data from a medical record database based on patient information and date information in the medical history data retrieved from a medical history database.

SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart system provided with the medical record database in which medical record data including patient ID and examination dates are stored and the medical history database in which medical history data including the patient ID and a start date are stored is also provided with a first means for retrieving the medical history data including the name of a disease input from the medical history database as a retrieving condition and a second means for retrieving medical chart data wherein the patient ID coincides and an examination date is included within a prescribed period found out based on the start date on the basis of at least the patient ID and the start date in the medical history data in each medical history data retrieved by the first means.
