<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which has an inner electrode having a smooth surface and capable of preventing electrode breaking off with certainty, a conductive paste used for it, a nickel powder or an alloy powder composed mainly of nickel and manufacturing methods thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The nickel powder or the alloy powder composed mainly of nickel is characterized in having: a spherical shape; an average particle diameter D<SB>50</SB>ranging from 10 to 300 nm; and a ratio between the average particle diameter D<SB>50</SB>and the maximum value of particle diameter D<SB>max</SB>, (D<SB>max</SB>/D<SB>50</SB>), not higher than 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
