<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of mold, bacteria and foreign odor by preventing a state that stored water remains in a water storage portion in a ventilating/air-conditioning device performing ventilation and air-conditioning in a living space such as a bathroom by utilizing a heat pump. <P>SOLUTION: This ventilating/air-conditioning device 6 is composed of a circulation air distributing passage 40 for circulating the air in the bathroom 3, a ventilation air distributing passage 43 for sucking the air from an exhaust port opened to an indoor space excluding the bathroom 3 and exhausting the air outdoors, and a refrigerant circuit 21 constituted by connecting a compressor 44 for compressing a refrigerant, a first heat exchanger 45 disposed in the circulation air distributing passage 40, an expanding mechanism 46 for expanding the refrigerant, and a second heat exchanger 47 disposed in the ventilation air distributing passage 43 by piping to successively circulate the refrigerant, and the generation of mold, bacteria and foreign smell can be suppressed by preventing a state that the stored water 65 remains in the water storage portion 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
