PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely convey developer and improve the durability of a developer conveying device. SOLUTION: The developer conveying device includes a first developer storage section, a second developer storage section, and a conveying pipe 38 connecting the first and the second developer storage section. The conveying pipe 38 has a cylindrical main body 121, and a conveying member disposed so as to freely rotate within the main body 121. A groove formed in the surface of the conveying means has a depth of≤5[μm]. Since the depth of the groove in the surface of the conveying member is≤5[μm], fatigue or damage of the conveying member can be prevented.
