PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying device capable of sufficiently supplying developer to an object to be supplied such as a photoreceptor drum, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The developer conveying device (toner supply device 7) includes a developer case (cartridge case 71) configured to accommodate the developer (toner T) and to have a supplying port 71D opening to the object to be supplied (photoreceptor drum 3), and a developer conveying body (toner carrying body 73) configured to carry the developer accommodated in the developer case toward the object to be supplied by generating a traveling electric field through a plurality of carrying electrodes. A plurality of developer conveying bodies are arranged at a position where the developer can be supplied to the object to be supplied so that they may be at different positions from each other in a moving direction of the object to be supplied.
