PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise in an image signal by suppressing the influence of a radio communication signal output from a control device on a radiation image signal in reading in a radiation image capturing system which includes a radiation image capturing apparatus for reading the image signal from a radiation detector for detecting the radiation transmitting through a subject and outputting the image signal as the radio communication signal, and the control device for outputting a predetermined control signal to the radiation image capturing apparatus as the radio communication signal. SOLUTION: A second radio communication section 96 of the control device 28 lowers the magnitude of the communication output in reading the image signal than the magnitude of the communication output in times other than the reading.
