PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of suppressing increase of the number of components and positional displacement from a presser, and improving the mounting work efficiency of the presser. SOLUTION: The video camera (imaging device) 10 comprises: an imaging element mounting section 22 mounted with an imaging element 25; a foldable, flexible wiring board 27 connected with the imaging element 25; and the presser 29 for pressing the flexible wiring board 27 on the imaging element mounting section 22 side. The presser 29 includes an engaging hole 29d disposed on a pair of facing sides and in a side other than the pair of facing sides, and the imaging element mounting section 22 includes an engaging pawl 22a engaging with the engaging hole 29d of the presser 29. The presser 29 is mounted to the imaging element mounting section 22 by engaging the engaging hole 29d with the engaging pawl 22a of the imaging element mounting section 22 in a state where the flexible wiring board 27 is pressed on the imaging element mounting section 22 side.
