PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a water-proof agent such as silicon applied to a circuit board 5 by configuring a power receiving device 1 with a simple configuration so that water permeating through a gap 12 between an inlet portion 8a of a battery connection section 8 of the charger 1 and a battery pack 7 is prevented from permeating inside the charger 1 through a terminal insertion hole 10, thereby reducing a cost, and to improve recyclability of the circuit board 5. SOLUTION: The charger 1 is configured so that water permeating through the gap 12 between the inlet portion 8a of the battery connection portion 8 of the charger 1 and the battery pack 7 can be guided to a lower case 4 in the lower part of the circuit board 5 via a through hole 18 of a protrusion portion 17 provided on the bottom surface of the inlet portion 8a.
