PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of being employed for a plurality of models for small mobile terminals by independently regulating the respective resonance frequencies and impedances. SOLUTION: A mounting substrate 20, on which an antenna block 10 is mounted, is equipped with a ground pattern 22 provided around the mounting region 21 of the antenna block 10; first to third lands 23-25 provided in the mounting region so as to correspond to the positions of first to third pad electrodes 13-15; a feed line 26 connected to the first island 23; a pattern 27 for regulating impedance which connects the first land 23 to the ground pattern 22 and a pattern 28 for regulating a frequency, which connects the second land 24 to the ground pattern 22. The impedance of the antenna can be roughly adjusted, by changing the width of the pattern 27 for regulating impedance, and the resonance frequency can be roughly adjusted by changing the width of the pattern 28 for regulating the frequency.
