PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actual time processing compatible-type frame interpolation device, a frame interpolation program and a frame interpolation method, capable of coping with the fluctuation of a time for displaying inputted image frames and the fluctuations of input time, and to provide a terminal equipped with the same. SOLUTION: In interframe processing, the difference in input time between a present frame and a previous frame and the difference in input time between the previous frame and a second previous frame are obtained; a prediction vector is calculated, on the basis of the proportion (scale value) between the differences; an interpolation frame of the previous frame and the present frame is generated; and in this case, if the frames are inputted with an interval, the interpolation frame will not be generated.
