PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Schmidt trigger circuit having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The Schmidt trigger circuit includes a two-input one-output logic circuit and a delay element. In the two-input one-output logic circuit, output is in a first output level, when both the first input and the second input are at a first output level, the output is at a second output level, when both of the first input and the second input are in a second input level; and the output is at the first output level, when either the first input or the second input is in the first input level and the other is in the second input level. In the delay element, input timing to the first input differs from that to the second input, when a common input signal is inputted to the first input and the second input.
