PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextrusion multilayered laminated sheet having heat sealability, easy peelability and oxygen absorbability. SOLUTION: The coextrusion multilayered laminated sheet includes at least a first film, a second film and a third film in this order, wherein the first film has a resin layer, which contains at least 20-60 wt.% of a high-pressure polymerization low density polyethylene resin with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1-7 g/10 min (190°C) and 40-80 wt.% of a random polypropylene resin with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1-30 g/10 min (230°C), as the uppermost surface layer and composed of one or more resin layers. The second film is a film comprising an oxygen absorbent resin layer containing an oxidizable resin and a transition metal catalyst and the third film has a resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and comprises one or more resin layers.
