PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acetabular cup assembly excellent compared to conventional ones. SOLUTION: The prosthetic device such as an acetabular cup, includes a shell part and a bearing part. The shell part includes rotation preventing concave parts and a female shape taper part between the concave parts and a shell hole part. The bearing part includes a rotation preventing projection part and a male shape taper part. The bearing part is disposed in the shell hole part, and the male shape taper part and the female shape taper part are engaged with each other. The rotation preventing projection part is disposed in a corresponding rotation preventing concave part among the rotation preventing concave parts.
