The door hinge has a joint door hinge (1) comprising door leaf sided and door case sided fastenable hinge straps (2, 2') and hinge rollers (4, 4'), which are rotatably connected by a bolt (3). Adapters are fastened to the hinge straps. Form and external dimension of the adapters are adapted to notches in a narrow side of a door leaf and a door case such that retaining of retaining bodies of a hood door hinge is enabled. The adapters are designed as integral plastic injection molded parts. One of the hinge straps exhibits a hole pattern with holes for fastening the door leaf.
