An information terminal equipment capable of reducing a coupling capacitance between a human-body side electrode and an outer-side electrode to reduce a loss and to improve communication quality without changing an original design of the information terminal equipment. A cellular phone (1A, 1B) comprises a display section (11) for visually recognizing information and an input section (12) for inputting information. The display section (11) comprises display elements (11a) and the input section (12) comprises operating buttons (12a). The cellular phone (1) has, within its housing, a pair of built-in electrodes including a human-body side electrode and an outer-side electrode for human-body communication. Within the cellular phone (1), the outer-side electrode is disposed in the proximity of the display section (11) and the human-body side electrode is disposed in the proximity of the input section (12).
