Subcutaneous implants obtained by extrusion containing (1) microparticles 5 containing an active ingredient dispersed in a PLGA matrix, and optionally microparticles (2) consisting of the same active ingredient or (2') of a different active ingredient preferabky beonging to the same category as that contained in (1) all said microparticles (1) being dispersed in a matrix of PLGA (3), having a glass transition temperature lower than that of the PLGA contained in (1).
