PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data frame transmission device restraining transmission delay to be within an allowable range, and improving a throughput and a transmission quality. SOLUTION: The data frame transmission device comprises: a data frame formation portion 102 for forming a data frame; a transmit buffer 104 for accumulating data frames, a timeout management portion 106 for determining a block time-out period from the start to the end of transmission for an 1-block data frame; a transmission timing management portion 108 for determining a latency until the first data frame of a block is transmitted; a transmission frame selecting portion 110 for acquiring the data frame from the transmit buffer 104; and a data frame transmitting portion 112 for transmitting the data frame. The transmission frame selecting portion 110 acquires the first data frame from the transmit buffer 104 after the latency has passed, and stops transmission of data frames when the block time-out period has passed.
