PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a vehicle travel characteristic analysis system that is used only in a laboratory by a researcher and engineer of partial railroad vehicles until now as a familiar ubiquitous system that is simplified with essence maintained, is easily operated, is easy to understand, is interactive, and can be used broadly and daily in a site of a railroad business. SOLUTION: A secondary parameter is removed, a vehicle body is described in three rigid body models with small amount of essential parameters, the critical speed is determined by solving circulation simultaneous equations including a nonlinear spring characteristic by circulation calculation and repetition convergence calculation. Based on the critical speed, the process of travel in a curve is tracked with respect to a provided speed pattern, the behavior is described dynamically as both-wheel travel mode, one-wheel travel mode, and roll mode, and the process resulting in derail is determined and drawn.
