PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate properly the vibration state of a structure in a nuclear reactor. SOLUTION: This device has a plurality of sensors (a strain gage 42, an accelerometer 43, an ultrasonic sensor) for measuring data on vibration at a plurality of measuring points of a jet pump 13; a vibration analysis part 44 for executing vibration analysis by using a numerical structure analysis model of the jet pump, and determining the vibration state of the jet pump; and an evaluation part 45 for estimating and evaluating the vibration state on each position of the jet pump by using the numerical structure analysis model, when an analysis result on a measuring point corresponding position corresponding to the measuring point by vibration analysis by the vibration analysis part agrees with measured data by the sensors.
