PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of contributing to device miniaturization. SOLUTION: In the damper device, a first flywheel connected to an engine side is provided with a first torque transmitting part 38, and a second flywheel connected to a transmission side is provided with a second torque transmitting part 42. An outer spring 44 is provided between the first torque transmitting part 38 and the second torque transmitting part 42 position in an R direction side of the first torque transmitting part 38. Respective torque transmitting parts 38, 42 are configured such that load center positions 50, 52 during torque transmission with the outer spring 44 are positioned in areas far from a bottom 27a of a piston 27 than an axis line Y of the outer spring 44.
