PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control mechanism for a filling nozzle which cools the filling nozzle as a flow passage of a content, without affecting the passing content, when the content necessitating a strict temperature control fills a packaging bag. SOLUTION: There are connected to a pipe portion 20 of the filling nozzle a spaced apart, inserted tightly closed pipe 25, an air-flow control device 32 and an air-cooling device 33 both communicating with the clearance between the tightly closed pipe 25 and the pipe portion 20, and the air-flow control device 32 adjusts the amount of the compressed air to be sent to the clearance between the pipe portion 20 and the tightly closed pipe 25, depending on the temperature of the filling nozzle 6 which is measured by a temperature sensor 30 attached to the filling nozzle 6. As a result, the temperature of the filing nozzle 6 is maintained at a preliminarily set value and the content sent into the packaging bag can maintain fluidity without deteriorating.
