PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load-collapse preventing implement with a cylindrical member made of fabric which is hardly got a hole in the lower end closed part by a falling-down impact of a rod body, even if a belt-like band falls downward with a large force. SOLUTION: On the peripheral face of a load N in which a plurality of stages are stacked, there is provided the belt-like band 2, to which the rod body 3 is fitted in the vertical direction so as to wind under the condition of without bends in the up and down direction. The rod body 3 is inserted and held in cylindrical members 31 and 32 made of fabric, sewn to the belt-like band 2 and whose upper and lower ends are closed, and an elastic member is attached on the lower end part of the rod body 3.
