PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coextrusion multilayered laminated sheet having heat sealability, easy peelability and oxygen absorbability. SOLUTION: The coextrusion multilayered laminated sheet includes at least a first film, a second film and a third film in this order, wherein the first film has a resin layer, which contains at least 50-90 wt.% of high density polyethylene and 10-50 wt.% of polybutene-1, as the uppermost surface layer and comprises one or more resin layers. The second film is a film comprising an oxygen absorbent resin layer containing an oxidizable resin and a transition metal catalyst and the third film has a resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin and comprises one or more resin layers.
