PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sound pressure during stapling, and emit an ear-friendly sound. SOLUTION: This stapler comprises a clincher buffer 60 for relieving impact. The clincher buffer 60 is mounted on a contact part of a clincher guide part and a clincher arm 1 and a contact part of a clincher and the clincher arm 1. In this example, the clincher buffer 60 is mounted on the head of the clincher arm 1 brought into contact with the clincher guide part and the clincher. The stapler further comprises an impact cushioning handle bumper. The handle bumper is mounted on a contact part of a driver arm and a handle.
