A cutting device (370) has a male blade (371), a female blade (372), an advance/retract control section (373), and a suction device (374). The male blade (371) has a linear cutting portion (3711) formed linearly with a fixed thickness in the central part, a round cutting portion (3712) where a round portion (R) having a substantially arcuate plan view is formed continuously from the linear cutting portion (3711), and an end portion (3713) provided contiguously to the round cutting portion (3712). The female blade (372) has a hole of the same profile as the plan view of the male blade (371) and a portion (3721) into which the male blade (371) is fitted. On the side face of the female blade (372), an elongated hole for inserting a base material film from one side face to the other side face is formed as an inserting portion (3722). |
