A method and system for controlling media stream in real time, a media resource function control entity and a media resource function processing entity are disclosed. The method for controlling media stream in real time includes that: the media resource function control entity receives media stream real-time control information sent by user equipments; the media resource function control entity transmits the media stream real-time control information to the media resource function processing entity directly and/or after being transformed; and the media resource function processing entity controls the media stream in real time according to the media stream real-time control information.
