RETRIEVING APPARATUS, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieving apparatus for efficiently retrieving a content material related to the names and aliases represented by a keyword even when one keyword is inputted to be retrieved from a user, and to provide a retrieving method, and a retrieving program.

SOLUTION: A word corresponding to a keyword to be retrieved and a word associated with the word are read from a word dictionary in which words representing proper names and aliases are registered in association with a relation attribute indicating relation among the words. The keyword is expanded by reading the words, and content related to any one of the read words is retrieved.
