<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow creation management system for performing the unitary and comprehensive setting of various constraints for the components of a workflow, and for easily creating a workflow while avoiding the violation of the set constraints, and for performing its cooperative operation with the other system while monitoring the violation of the constraints of the other system. <P>SOLUTION: This workflow creation management system is provided with a workflow edition part for creating a descendant workflow by customizing a base workflow; and a workflow definition database for storing a state included in the base workflow and the descendant workflow and the definition information of the state.
