PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven, knitted fabric of bamboo fibers which has improved dyeability. SOLUTION: In the woven, knitted fabric of bamboo fibers a woven, knitted fabric using bamboo fiber-containing spun yarns is subjected to mercerization. The mercerization is processing means including the steps of immersing the woven, knitted fabric in an alkaline bath, thereafter immediately applying tension, washing it with water, and neutralizing it. The woven/knitted fabric of bamboo fibers which has improved dyeability can be provided.
