<p>An aerosol composition comprising: 0.01 wt % to 1.00 wt % sodium borate; 0.01 wt % to 1.50 wt % polyglycerol ester surfactant; < 30 wt % propellant; and 67.5 wt % to 85.0 wt % water. Methods of manufacture of an aerosol air freshener are also described wherein the aerosol composition further comprises a fragrance.</p>
