<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate sound using vibration caused by adding driving pulses to a ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a hybrid IC device incorporating switching transistors Q1 and Q2 to be driven by driving pulses and a ceramic capacitor C connected to the switching transistors to a conductive path 6 on an insulation-treated metal board 5. The ceramic capacitor consists of a ceramic capacitor with a high distortion coefficient, and is covered with hard resin 7.
