<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration detection element which can prevent the heater section or detector from cracking and the like caused by thermal stress, while improving a yield of the wire lead section on a pair of electrodes and also lowering cost by reducing a printing frequency of heater insulation layer. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration detection element includes a core rod 2 made of an insulating material, heater pattern 3 mounted on the circumferential plane 2a of this core rod 2 to generate heat by external power distribution, oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte layer 5 arranged between the circumferential plane 2a of the core rod 2 and the heater pattern 3 via print protection layer 10, and detector 15 which extracts electric signal depending on an oxygen concentration from a reference electrode 6 and sensing electrode 7 allocated on internal/external planes of this solid electrolyte layer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
