PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler travelling device of a working machine with a simple structure capable of travelling and turning while mitigating and suppressing travel vibrations and slip. SOLUTION: The crawler travelling device comprises a plurality of grounding rollers 24, 24a, 24b, 24c, 25, 26 aligned in the longitudinal direction of a truck frame 22. Out of these rollers, the rear-most grounding roller 26 positioned at the rear-most end side and the rear grounding roller 25 positioned on the front side of and adjacent to the rear-most grounding roller are supported by the truck frame to be incapable of lifting up/down. In the plurality of grounding rollers aligned in the longitudinal direction except the rear-most grounding roller 26 and the rear grounding roller 25, the grounding rollers 24, 24a, 24b, 24c are divided into groups so that two adjacent grounding rollers form one group of grounding rollers, and two grounding rollers of each grounding roller group are integrated and connected to the truck frame. In such a state, the device is equipped with balance connection members 40 for connecting the grounding rollers to the truck frame.
