PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device of a vehicle air-conditioner, which is of simplified structure so that the device becomes easy to manufacture at low cost, which is also easy to alter its design, and further which is capable of allowing operators to keep good feel of clicking or handling of an operative button. SOLUTION: The operating device 1 of a vehicle air-conditioner is equipped with operative buttons 10 for operating the air-conditioner, and display portions 13A, 13B, installed on the operative buttons 10, that indicate their operative functions of the respective buttons. The operative buttons 10 are constituted of protrusive sections 11 formed on an embossed sheet, while the embossed sheet 12 is pasted onto operation panels 4, 40, whereas, switch operation levers 14 are integrally formed by incisions 15 having similarity protrusive portions 18 similar to the form of the protrusive sections 11 at the parts corresponding to the protrusive sections 11 of the operation panels 4, 40, and projections 19 that are engaged with switches 6.
