A sealed battery is provided to improve the sealability of an inlet due to a sealing stopper by removing unfitted state caused by the tolerance of size of the sealing stopper and the inlet. A sealed battery(1) comprises a cap(5) closing the opening of an external can(2); an inlet(17) of electrolyte injection installed on the cap; and a metallic sealing stopper(18) mounted on the inlet. The inlet comprises an injection hole(19) formed in the top and bottom-penetration form on the cap; and a circular concave part(21). The sealing stopper comprises an axial part(25) and circular head unit(26). An extension-modifiable operation hole(30) is concavely formed in the axis center of the axial part. |
