A handle cover made of beads is provided to improve the unity force of covering to a steering wheel by having an elastic rope surround the steering wheel inner circumference with the elastic force. A handle cover made of beads comprises beads(10) with a hole and an annular body in which the cross-sectional shape is letter C shaped. The beads are passed by a string of annular body. The arrangement of string is comprised of warp threads(211) and woof(212). A plurality of elastic ropes is arranged on the woof arranged in the cut-out both end part of the annular body. A part among the warp threads is made of an elastic rope arranged in the cut-out both end part of the annular body.
