A form reinforcement fixing apparatus having a form fastener for concrete is provided to improve fastening effect by providing a fastening fixture fixing a form reinforcement to the exterior. In a tie of a form reinforcement fixing apparatus, a fastener(2) is attached to a connection part(102) through an insertion hole. A reinforcement loading part(103) is longitudinally formed toward the outside. A guide projection and a guide groove(107) are formed at the exterior and the lower part of a support piece(105). A wedge type tension plate(4) is adhered by a connection rod(301) to the tie. A fastener having an annular hanging sill(302) is adhered to the outside of the strain board. A connection rod of the fastener is inserted into a guide hole to be guided according to a guide projection and a guide groove. Striking portions(402,403) are formed in the upper part and the exterior.
