PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a foreign matter trouble at a position where pins are separated from a film. SOLUTION: A foreign matter removing part 70 is provided between the upper position of the pin plates 43 near to a sprocket 42d and a tenter outlet 40a so as to be allowed to approach both lug parts of a wet film 25. The foreign matter removing part 70 is constituted of a chamber 71, a brush roller 72, an air blow suction head 73 and a sticky roller part 74. The brush roller 72 is brought into contact with the pin plates 43 of the upper position of a sprocket 45d to suppress the fluctuations of the separation position of the pins. The impact against the film at the time of separation of the pins becomes little and the occurrence of foreign matter caused by the separation of burr is suppressed. Since the foreign matter is sucked and removed by the air blow suction head 73 and subsequently removed by the sticky roller part 74, it is certainly removed. Since the separation part of the pins is covered with the chamber 71, the foreign matter is prevented from being scattered to a product area and the occurrence of foreign matter trouble is suppressed.
