PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive optical film in which an adhesive layer is stacked on at least one surface of an optical film by way of an anchor layer, wherein the anchor layer is formed of a stable material, and which has good adhesion and avoids adhesive remaining and adhesive chipping. SOLUTION: In the adhesive optical film in which the adhesive layer is stacked on at least one surface of the optical film by way of the anchor layer, the anchor layer comprises a one-component polyether polyurethane resin.
