PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a fire in a combustion chamber, to reduce NOx, and to improve combustion stability, by promoting mixing of fuel and air, while reducing the NOx, in a gas turbine facility. SOLUTION: This gas turbine combustor and an operating method of the gas turbine combustor for reducing the NOx and improving the combustion stability, comprise the combustion chamber supplied with the fuel and the air, and are constituted so as to supply the fuel and the air to the combustion chamber as a plurality of coaxial jets, and are characterized by forming an air flow on its outer peripheral side with a fuel flow as the center.
