PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger unit and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprising the heat exchanger unit capable of stably vertically stacking heat exchangers partially bent into the L-shape or U-shape. SOLUTION: A holding member 300 is disposed between the upper heat exchanger 210 and the lower heat exchanger 220 respectively formed into the U-shape, a side face of the upper heat exchanger 210 is supported by a first supporting plate 320, a side face of the lower heat exchanger 220 is supported by a second supporting plate 330, and bent portions 240 of the heat exchangers 210, 220 are supported by third supporting plates 240, 250.
