PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device utilizing induction heating, having improved corrosion resistance and reduced cost. SOLUTION: The fluid heating device 1 comprises a pipe (a non-magnetic pipe 2) in which heated fluid (an arrowmark F) flows, and an induction heating means (an induction heating coil 3). To at least part of the outer peripheral face of the pipe (the non-magnetic pipe 2), plating 2a is applied with a magnetic material to be induction-heated by the induction heating means (the induction heating coil 3).
