PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing structure to be easily machined when manufactured at lower cost to suppress displacement between two-split outer rings from a housing in its circumferential and axial directions, the two-split outer rings being integrated to be prevented from separating each other. SOLUTION: On at least one of the mating faces of the two-split outer rings 3a, 3b with their circumferential ends abutting on each other, protruded portions are provided which have heights on the radial outside. The two-split outer rings 3a, 3b are fixed at their circumferential ends to each other. On the radial inside of the each other abutting circumferential ends of a first housing portion piece 13 and a second housing portion piece 14 constituting the housing, cutout portions are provided which are recessed portions shaped to be fitted to the protruded portions with their circumferential ends abutting on each other. The two-split outer rings 3a, 3b with their protruded portions fitted to the recessed portions of the housing are fixed to each other so as not to be moved in both circumferential and axial directions.
